The top concern parents have about their children is now their mental health. Worrying about your child and wondering if they are ok is an issue that is more concerning than drugs, sex and academic performance. We must start addressing these concerns in order to help our children.
Now, how can you help your child navigate through life and be mindful of their mental health when you can barely keep up with yours? In this talk, I will walk you through where to even begin helping your child find the words and balance to stay healthy and how to identify their superpower, the signs that will tell them something doesn't feel right.
